Bio

Jennifer joined Wilber National Bank as a teller in 1996. She transferred to the trust department later that year to become part of the trust operations team. In Jennifer’s operational support role, she was responsible for opening and closing trust accounts, processing disbursements, ensuring timely response for corporate actions, preparing judicial accountings for trust officers.

Jennifer left the trust department in 2011 to join Edward Jones as an operations manager. She returned in 2014, when an opportunity to become a trust officer was presented to her. Upon her return to the trust department, Jennifer pursued and was successful in attaining her Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation.

Jennifer’s understanding of the operational functions of the department offer her a unique perspective as trust officer and a strong contributor to our Oneonta team. In addition, she is both process- and detail-oriented and extremely proficient with all of the trust department’s programs/systems. As a result, she has been relied upon to conduct internal trainings with post-acquisition team members and in the new employee on-boarding process.

Jennifer is currently scheduled to attend the Cannon Financial Institute “Trust Taxation for Trust Officers” in July, 2022.
